Above & Beyond Award

Many Oak View Middle School staff members go above and beyond normal job expectations to ensure that students receive a high quality education in a safe and nurturing environment.

The Above and Beyond Awards involve students, staff, parents and community members in recognizing and rewarding A-H employees - teachers, secretaries, cooks, paras, custodians and others - who consistently go that extra mile so students can be successful.  Anyone can nominate a staff member.  Nominations are due Friday, February 7.  To nominate an employee, please find nomination information on the school district’s webpage – from the main page, click on “About A-H” and you’ll find a link to the left titled, “Above and Beyond awards.”

Upcoming Events:

• This is a reminder that there is no school for students on Monday, January 20 due to the Martin Luther King Holiday.
• Trimester II, progress I grades will be updated and available on A/H Connect this Wednesday, January 22.  These are not final grades but reflect how your student is about half-way through the trimester.  For specific questions related to grades, please contact teachers directly.
