SUN Bucks program available for free/reduced-eligible students
(06/04/2025) The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has announced the SUN Bucks program. This income-based food support program provides families $120 per eligible school-aged child to buy groceries when school is out for the summer.

My Vision of Kindness: students invited to participate in annual Kindness Poster Contest
(10/01/2025) As a part of October’s National Bullying Prevention campaign, Anoka-Hennepin is excited to announce the 22nd Annual Kindness Poster Contest. The district invites students at all grade levels to submit their best artwork for the competition.

CBPA: Three Rivers Parks partnership brings the learning outdoors
(09/30/25) When fourth-grade students at Champlin-Brooklyn Park Academy (CBPA) for Math and Environmental Science visited nearby Mississippi Gateway Regional Park to explore a learning unit on landforms and landmarks, it represented the start of a year of learning outdoors made possible through a partnership with the Three Rivers Park District.

Respect retreat inspires culture of belonging and community
(09/29/2025) Youth Frontiers introduced ninth-grade students from Coon Rapids High School (CRHS) to concepts and ideas to benefit relationships with each other and the school community.

Financial transparency: School Board sets reduced tax levy ahead of public hearing
(09/29/2025) The Anoka-Hennepin School Board approved a maximum tax levy for 2026, which includes a 1.97% reduction, and reviewed the timeline for information sharing and public feedback prior to approval of the 2026 property tax levy for at the Monday, Dec. 8 school board meeting.
