• Q: Can I enter a location outside of the district?

Yes you can! To do so, double click on the “From” and/or “To” cell(s), and manual type in the location you visited. (By manually entering a location, you will be overriding the automatic mileage formulas, which will require you to manually figure out the distance traveled) Once you have figured out your mileage, double click the “Miles” cell, erase the formula and enter the total miles.

Note: If you do plan on manually adding information, I would add another copy of the form to your Google Drive when your done. This will give you all the formulas again for next time.

  • Q: How do I add a round trip to my mileage report?

Adding a round trip or “RT” to your form is nice and simple. Let’s say you are doing a round trip from Franklin to Adams. You would select the “Franklin RT” in the “From” cell and then select Adams as your “To” destination. This will then automatically calculate your Franklin to Adams round trip for you.

  • Q: What if I mess up the Mileage Report formulas and nothing works anymore?

No worries! You can simply go back to the original document on the district site and save another copy to your Google Drive. (Just be sure to delete the “broken” form from your Google Drive)
