Bridges is a secondary special education program designed for students with developmental disabilities who are between the ages of 18 and 21. Bridges Program offers functional and vocational curriculum, with the instructional focus on the acquisition of skills necessary for increased independence within the community.Program components include:

- Home Living Experiences
- Jobs and Job Training
Anoka-Hennepin is committed to providing special education services to students with disabilities who have not yet met the requirements for a diploma through their IEP goals to the age of 21. Students with developmental disabilities who have not yet graduated from high school, and have transition needs, benefit from a setting that is specifically designed to prepare them for working and living in the community.
