Franklin Elementary School

Hello, my name is Dr. Sheryl Ray. I look forward to serving the Franklin Elementary School community and getting to know the students, families, and staff throughout the school year. I am happy to be back in the Anoka/Ramsey area as the school principal. I have lived in the city of Ramsey for many years, and my children attended Anoka Hennepin Schools. 

The Franklin Elementary School staff are dedicated to providing high quality instruction to increase the achievement level of all students. We will continue to focus on mathematics, reading, and science goals using district curriculum and resources. 

The key to student success is when the school and home work together to provide an environment where students can reach his/her capacity to learn and grow. With your support, nothing is impossible to achieve.
