Keeping all students safe
We are committed to creating an inclusive and positive climate in all of our schools, where all students feel comfortable, safe, and ready to learn.
The Anti-Bullying/Anti-Harassment Task Force shares Anoka-Hennepin's core values:
- Appreciation of diversity
The Anti-Bullying/Anti-Harassment Task Force is charged with bringing forth concerns of students and parents related to harassment incidents and the overall climate of the learning environment. In addition, the task force recommends strategies to prevent harassment and improve the educational climate. Finally, the task force engages in outreach to parents and families to build awareness, address concerns, and gain feedback about the district's anti-harassment efforts.
The Anti-Bullying/Anti-Harassment Task Force includes student, parent, teacher, administrator and community involvement to advise the district how to best foster a climate free of harassment.
