    Parent Involvement logoParent/teacher organizations and booster clubs help support the efforts of the Anoka-Hennepin students, schools and the community. The workshops listed below are offered to provide tips, promote best practices and clarify procedures and processes for them. We are very thankful for the support and positive contributions parent/teacher groups and booster clubs provide. 

    Financial best practices
    Join us for a short presentation from an expert in avoiding the most common financial mistakes nonprofits make. The remainder of the time will be spent with the presenter answering your questions. Handouts and resources will be provided.

    Fundraising vendor & mini-workshop fair
    Need new fundraising and PTO/booster ideas? Visit our free event. Connect with fundraising vendors, talk to experts and attend mini-workshop sessions. Network with other parent groups, booster clubs and other nonprofit leaders.

    Closing out the year
    Wondering how to close out the year, transfer information to new board members and start to plan for next year? Learn best practices for bank account transitions, communication and planning. A step by step checklist will be shared and discussed to help you be successful. Handouts and resources will be provided. Time will be allowed for meeting board members and asking questions.
