Adventures Plus is a popular service and child care openings fill quickly. Registration opens annually for currently enrolled families in late February. Registration opens for new families in late March. Specific dates and times will be added here each January. Contracts (accepted or pending) do not carry over from season to season or year to year.  All families, including waitlisted families, must register annually for any future care needs.  Registrations are reviewed in the order that they are received in our online system and can take up to five business days to process. Accounts that have an overdue balance will not be processed. The school year program accepts registrations throughout the year and children may be enrolled as openings become available. Please note: Registration will be closed March 14-17 due to the district holiday.

Adventures Plus rates and billing

  • Parent/guardian fees fund the Adventures Plus school age child care program, which is coordinated by the Anoka-Hennepin Community Education department. Families are charged fees based upon their child care agreement, not actual attendance. This includes when the child is not in attendance due to illness, personal reasons and inclement weather. The family is responsible for all charges that are incurred, as well as all fees outlined in the Parent Handbook.

Payment is due on the first of each month for the current month. Autopay can be set up by an account owner in your online Eleyo account. Manual payments can also be paid online through your Eleyo account. To pay by cash or money order, you must pay in person at the central billing office.

Adventures Plus school-age care requires a non-refundable registration fee of $30 per child, per season, charged at the time that the contract is accepted.
