Now accepting registrations for spring adult programs

Adult learns how to tune up bicycle (3/4/21) Adults may now register for adult enrichment classes and activities this spring. Anoka-Hennepin Community Education will provide both online and in-person recreational and enrichment opportunities for adult learners and adults with special needs through the adult learning program, following health and safety recommendations from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to protect the health and safety of staff, learners and the community. 

Adult programs
Adult programs are held year-round during the daytime, evening and weekend for adults ages 18 and up. Activities and classes are held in schools and local businesses throughout the school district's geographic area for adults who want to acquire a new skill, explore new interests and hobbies, enrich their personal or professional lives, improve health and achieving fitness goals, strengthen personal and family relationships, learn and improving business skills, or gain computer and technology proficiency. Adults with special needs
The Adults with Special Needs program (also known as "Project Power") provides specialized classes for adults with disabilities. Activities and classes offer educational, recreational and social activities for participants that practice life skills to increase independence, communication, and community integration.
