• Welcome to Mr. Schlotfeldt's classroom webpage

    Hello, and welcome back to the 2019-20 school year.  This will be my 4th year in District 11. I am a Medical Career's instructor and Internship coordinator at Andover high schools.   My family; wife Jen, sons Connor and Sam and daughter, Eryn live here in Andover.  I am so proud to be a teacher at Andover as well as a proud parent of two Andover graduates and one current student.  I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa and a Masters degree from the University of Oregon.  I have been working as a Certified Athletic Trainer over the past 25 years, including 14 years as an athlettic trainer for Gopher wrestling team.  I will continue to work occasionally as an Athletic Trainer so you may also see me on the sidelines of athletic events here and/or other area high schools. Additional Duties at Andover include Skills USA advisor, Head wrestling coach and assistant freshman football coach.
