Welcome to Teresa Johnson's Classroom Website
I have been teaching for 18 years. I taught 1st grade, 3rd grade, 5th and 6th grades in Richfield. I have also taught students with EBD and LD in St. Peter, Minnesota for 2 years. I taught 2 years at a school in Northeast Minneapolis and 1 of those years I did all the early childhood screening. This is my 9th year at Champlin Park High School as a special education teacher. I graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with my BA in Elementary Education and with an EBD and LD license. I earned my DCD license in 2008 from St. Thomas. I earned my Masters in Special Education from St. Thomas in the Fall of 2013.
I live in Champlin with my 3 children. My oldest daughter is an 9th grader here at Champlin Park High School, my son is a 8th grader at Jackson, and my youngest daughter is in 2nd grade at Champlin Brooklyn Park. My three children keep me busy with all the activities that they are involved in. We enjoy spending time a the family cabin in the summer.
