About Me:
- This is my 13th year of teaching in Anoka-Hennepin.
- I attended Winona State University from 2003-2007 where I received a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts and Literature.
- I have a Masters Degree in Communication Studies from Bethel University.
- I have coached Debate Team, Speech Team, Dance Team, and have advised Link Crew and NHS.
- If you don't already know, you will soon realize that:
- You can take the girl out of Chicago, but you can't take the Chicago out of the girl.
- The Great Gatsby is my favorite book of all time and the center of many of my nerdy references.
- I live a very active life and enjoy incorporating activities within my classroom.
- I'm silently (and yet sometimes not so silently) correcting grammar at all times.
- I like big books and I cannot lie :-)
