• My name is Mr. Hendrickson and after I graduated high school, I joined the United States Marine Corps for nine years as a communication technician. My time in the military allowed me to reflect on what is important to me and ultimately pushed me to become a teacher. I graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2013 with a Geology and Earth/Space Science for Education majors. I have taught science from 7th grade all the way to 12th grade. I am currently teaching Physical Science, Astronomy, and Outdoor Adventures (environmental science class). Along with teaching I am also enlisted in the Air Force Reserve since 2018.

My time teaching has shown that science is best learned through stories to connect he curriculum, curiosity, critical thinking, and application. My passion shines through with all subjects I teach and I encourage interaction both physically and mentally with the topics we cover.

I hope to extend your curiosity and critical thinking in my class to enhance your experience in the classroom.

    I'll see you there!
