    Mrs. Hall was planting a garden.  She divided her garden into 10 equal sized sections.  One-fifth of the garden contained pepper plants.  One section contained broccoli and one contained spinach.  Another contained zucchini. The rest of the garden contained flowers.  Make a diagram of the garden using fractional parts.  What portion of the garden was devoted to flowers?
