Welcome! The 2021 - 2022 Anoka-Hennepin District K-12 STEM Fair will be a Virtual Fair again this year (due to CO-VID numbers going up and uncertainty about where they will be in February). The Fair is scheduled to start on Sat., February 5, 2022 and judging will run through Wednesday, February 9th. STEM is an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Research/Inquiry projects in any of these areas will be entered in this fair. Students in any grade level can present their projects in this fair. Our district has a rich history of science fairs dating back to the late 1960's. The fair provides an opportunity for students to showcase their inquiry skills and creative genius. Students also improve public speaking skills and interact with judges/coaches from various backgrounds. This experience cannot be duplicated in the classroom and so provides great enrichment to the district's science, technology, engineering and mathematics programs. If you have questions, concerns or suggestions, please feel free to contact Kevin Molohon, the coordinator of the Anoka-Hennepin K-12 STEM Fair.
