Annual Parent Attitude and Satisfaction Survey available between May 12-June 13
(05/07/2025) The input of parents and guardians is valuable in helping improve the district’s service to students and families. The Anoka-Hennepin School District would like parents’/guardians’ opinions on the schools your children attend.
To gather this information most cost-effectively, the district is administering a brief survey online. All answers to survey questions will remain confidential.
A letter with a login code will be sent through U.S. Mail to all families. Surveys may be completed any time between May 12 and June 13 using the login code included in the letter. Paper surveys are available in English, Arabic, Hmong, Oromo, Somali, Spanish and Vietnamese. Upon request, a survey and an envelope to seal a completed survey will be provided. Paper surveys must also be completed and returned to the school by June 13.
A paper copy may be requested as needed by calling your child’s school. Paper surveys are available in English, Arabic, Hmong, Oromo, Somali, Spanish, and Vietnamese. Upon request, a survey and an envelope in which to seal the completed survey to keep responses private will be provided. Paper surveys must also be completed and returned to the school by June 13th.
Please complete a survey for each school where your family has children enrolled. If families have two children in the same school, base responses on the oldest child. Survey results will be summarized for each school and the district as a whole. Schools will use the results in school improvement planning.
Thank you in advance to the participants. Parent/guardian input is valuable in helping the district improve its service to students and families.
