Welcome to my classroom website

This is my first year teaching English Language Arts at Jackson Middle School. I previously taught English Language Arts and Special Education for fourteen years at a south metro middle school. I am excited to be joining JMS as I live in the community and I am proud to live in the area.

I graduated from Bemidji State University with a degree in English Education. I received my Masters in Teaching and Learning from Saint Mary's University. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, and running.
