Jackson Middle School A Specialty School for Math and Science

 

 

Welcome to my class. I am very excited about working in my eleventh year at Jackson Middle School! I earned my associates degree from Mesabi Range Community College, my undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Superior, and my graduate degree from Minnesota State University-Mankato (Physical Education Pedagogy). I majored in Physical Education and minored in Health Education and Coaching. I coach football (9th Grade), basketball (9A), and track and field (high jump/triple jump/sprints) across the street at Champlin Park High School. In my little free time I love spending time with my kids, mountain biking, playing basketball, golfing, and traveling/hiking with my wife Paige. I have two daughters (Emery, 4 years old, Stella, 3 years old) and one son (Will, 1 year old)! I am extremely excited about teaching 7th and 8th grade Physical Education this year at JMS. I look forward to sharing my experiences and passions with the students of JMS!
