    Welcome to the JMS Technology Page
     
    Originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, I moved to the Twin Cities in 1997 to attend college at the University in Minnesota - graduating with a degree in psychology.  In 2001 I enrolled at St. Thomas and obtained my social studies 5-12 teaching license and a master's degree in teaching.  I spent the next 11 years teaching at Johnson Senior High School in St. Paul before coming to Jackson Middle School in 2014.
     

    As a Teacher On Special Assignment, my role as the building Technology Coordinator allows me time to assist students and staff with technology support daily.  My office is open to help staff, students and parents with any questions they have regarding equipment, login issues and access to resources at home.

     

    Our technology department seeks to promote and inspire students, teachers, support staff and administrators to use instructional technology for student engagement through differentiated, rigorous and relevant experiences that address the needs of the digital age.
