    Welcome to Ms. Smarjesse's Classroom Website
     
    I've been teaching ESL since 2003. From Japan to Minneapolis to Coon Rapids and Champlin, I've found that I love teaching the English language to any age, level and in a variety of settings. I earned a bachelor's degree in Linguistics with a minor in teaching ESL from St. Cloud State. Later on I earned my masters in Education with an emphasis in literacy from Hamline University. In my free time, I enjoy going to parks, biking, cooking, traveling, and gardening with my daughter and husband.
