Jackson Middle School A Specialty School for Math and Science

 

 The 2018-2019 school year will be my 4th year at Jackson Middle School. I love this school, the students, and the Jackson community! Prior to teaching at JMS, I was fortunate to stay home and raise my three daughters. I have also taught FACS at the high school level; at North Star High School in Lincoln, NE and Mountain Vista High School in Highlands Ranch, CO. I have enjoyed teaching in Minnesota and look forward to many more years to come.

 

I love Family and Consumer Science. It teaches you practical, relevant skills that are used by everyone, every day. It's hands-on, it's interesting and it's FUN! Hopefully once your student is in my classroom, they will agree. I also love to spend time with my family, read, shop, boat, and waterski. My family and I are members of the Twin Cities River Rats Show Ski Team that performs in Minneapolis and we have so much fun building human pyramids on the water!
