High Cycle / PAS
Every third year, staff members will progress through a formal performance review.
When staff members are in this high cycle, they will work primarily with an administrator to complete their observation process.
The revised evaluation framework utilizes twenty-two components organized into four domains: PLANNING AND PREPARATION, CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENT, INSTRUCTION, and PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY. The instructional and classroom environment domains are considered the most observable and will form the core of two of the observations.
Staff members that are on high cycle are eligible for all Q-Comp performance incentives. The administrator completing their review will determine if proficiency is met.
