  • Employee Services: Employee Services is dedicated to recruiting, selecting, and retaining highly qualified employees from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about teaching and learning. We are accountable to students, parents, and state and federal governing bodies to ensure the delivery of quality educational services through the effectiveness of our staff. 

    Insurance: The Insurance department manages all employee benefits, including health and hospitalization, dental, group term life, long-term disability, health care and dependent care spending accounts, supplemental term life, worker's compensation, 403(b) plans, sick leave, and retirement benefits. 

    Labor Relations and Benefits: Labor Relations and Benefits negotiates and administers collective bargaining agreements for 13 bargaining units and four policy groups, covering approximately 8,000 employees at Anoka-Hennepin. This includes overseeing compensation and benefits. 

    Payroll: The Payroll department is committed to providing reliable and comprehensive payroll services to all Anoka-Hennepin employees. Our goal is to ensure timely and accurate payments, maintain and submit necessary employee information according to business and regulatory standards, and comply with negotiated bargaining unit contracts.
