Defective Toner Returns
If you receive a defective toner cartridge, please contact the Purchasing Department within 30 days of receipt of the item for instructions on how to receive a replacement. Please send your email to PurchAP@ahschools.us
(You will need to know the PO# or Request # that was used when the defective toner cartridge was originally purchased. If you do not know the PO# or Request # please inform the Accounts Payable staff when you send your email.)If you have any other questions please contact the Purchasing Department at 763-506-1300
