    It is my goal to help students develop and incorporate healthy living habits and fitness routines into their everyday lives. Students will participate weekly in light weightlifting with higher repetitions to develop strength, balance, and full range of motion. They will also participate in weekly fitness/cardio stations and learn how to track their heart rate and work out in their target heart rate zone for maximum benefits.
