District to host virtual hiring event for Special Education teaching and assistant positions Monday, Aug. 12
(08/08/2024) The Anoka-Hennepin School District will host a virtual Special Education hiring event for teaching and teaching assistant positions from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 12. The virtual hiring event will be held on Indeed. Schedule an interview online.

It's more than just free meals! Apply for educational benefits for the 2024-25 school year
(07/26/2024) All Anoka-Hennepin families are encouraged to apply for the educational benefits program for the 2024-25 school year. A new application must be submitted each school year. The enrollment window for the 2024-25 school year begins Aug. 1, 2024.

Jackson Middle School students take first and second place at math contest
(05/13/2024) Jackson Middle School (JMS) seventh-grade students Andrew Coan and Patrick Navratil took the top two places in the seventh grade division and they also led the JMS team to capture first place in the St. Cloud State Mathematics Contest held April 11. Sydney Hagel is the third member of the JMS team.

Eighth-graders learn from their peers at the annual district choir festival
(03/29/2024) During the school day on March 28, the Anoka-Hennepin Eighth Grade Choir Festival allowed students from all six district middle schools to sing, learn and listen together at Anoka Middle School for the Arts.

(02/28/2024) Congratulations to our top three Battle of the Books Winners. These students will represent Jackson Middle School at the Anoka-Hennepin District Battle of the Books on Feb. 29 to compete against the winners from other middle schools and bring the trophy home to Jackson!
