(02/17/2023) The team with a really long title: "A reasonable and eloquent name that imprints a good impression on the reader" consisting of Rowan Hess, Kylan Hess, and Theodore Collins; "The Blooketeers," Evan Medeiros, Caleb Oldroyd, and Caelan Scott; and "The Shortie Squad," Lorelei Heller, Claire O'Neill, and Lucy Wiedenman will represent Jackson at the district Battle of the Books competition.

Device Protection Plan available to students assigned Chromebooks
(07/28/2022) Technology plays an important role in preparing students for life, and Chromebooks are utilized as a daily learning tool in Anoka-Hennepin middle and high school classrooms. Anoka-Hennepin students in grades 6-12 are assigned a Chromebook from the school district to ensure access to technology systems that support classroom learning.

New principal for the 2022-23 school year named
(04/01/2022) Joel Young has been selected to serve as principal at Jackson Middle School for the 2022-23 school year, effective July 1, 2022. Young will take over from Tom Hagerty, who will be principal at Anoka Middle School for the Arts starting next year.
