Real Appeal is an online weight management program that gives members the help they need to stay focused — with online group sessions, one-on-one online support, and a passionate community of members rooting for your success.

The program is available to Anoka-Hennepin Schools employees and eligible family members at no additional cost as part of your health insurance plan. Since the launching of the program in January, 320 Anoka-Hennepin employees have started with Real Appeal. Learn more about how to sign up for Real Appeal. 

By registering for one of two webinars, employees can learn more about the Real Appeal program and hear directly from a Real Appeal coach about what to expect when joining and how they support members in building healthy habits. During the event, attendees will be able to participate in a live chat with the coach and other attendees just as they would during an actual Real Appeal session.
