Help shape the future of district and school websites

(12/13/2019) Anoka-Hennepin is in the first stages of a website replacement and redesign. Changes will be seen on district and school sites late fall 2020.

The goal of the project is to better serve district families and communities by ensuring all users are able to successfully obtain relevant and timely information via district and school websites.

Your help is needed to accomplish this. Please share your feedback on the current sites via this short 10-minute survey. Your input is vital in prioritizing the information shared and learning user preferences, especially those of staff. All responses will be kept confidential and used only to assist the district in the replacement and redesign process.

Why now? The School Board recently made a strategic priority to establish a plan for Anoka-Hennepin communications and branding. Research has also shown that more and more content is not being viewed on district and school websites. There are a variety of factors causing this, including an overabundance of information and information misplacement. Also, as with any technology, since the 2014 replacement and redesign, new best practices have come to light.

Please contact Kay Villella, assistant director of communication and public relations, at 763-506-1140 or kay.villella@ahschools.us, with questions about the survey, or the replacement and redesign project.

Thank you in advance for your participation!
