My Health Rewards by Medica changing to Personify Health
(11/27/2024) The My Health Rewards by Medica online tool and app is changing from Virgin Pulse to Personify Health.
What does this mean?
- Starting Dec. 9, the sign-in link will redirect to a new Personify Health web address. You will be asked to sign back in on the web and the app using the same username and password you have now.
- Starting Dec. 16, the app name will change to Personify Health and the Virgin Pulse icon will change.
- New emails: @personifyhealth.com and mail.personifyhealth.com. (TIP: Add these to your safe senders list).
The My Health Rewards online tool and app lets you log healthy habits, track activity through a fitness tracker, and complete other health activities to earn rewards.
Employees enrolled in the medical plan can earn up to $460 in rewards annually, and covered dependents age 18 and older can earn up to $225 in rewards.
