(11/27/2024) Anoka-Hennepin employees can currently opt out of printed versions of their W-2 and 1095-C tax forms for electronic delivery within Skyward. Staff members who do not complete the opt-out process within Skyward will receive a printed copy of their W-2 and 1095-C forms via mail.

Benefits of choosing an electronic copy:

• It will be ready earlier than printed copies.
• It is a safer method of delivery considering the documents contain sensitive data such as social security numbers.
• It can be accessed from anywhere you can log in to Skyward.

To opt-out of printed copy and have electronic delivery:

First sign in to A-HConnect, then click “Skyward.”

• To receive the W-2 electronically instead of a paper copy, please complete the opt-out form titled “Confirm W2 Delivery 2024” in Employee Access of Skyward.
• To receive your 1095-C electronically instead of a paper copy, please complete the opt-out form titled “Confirm 1095-C Delivery 2024” on your Employee Access of Skyward.

Employees have until Jan. 6, 2025, to change their preferences. When 2024 W-2s are available electronically, communication will be sent out.
