Are you looking for some ideas on how to STUDY for a MATH test?
Here is a list of ways students have discovered that are helpful in studying for a Math test. You don't need to do ALL of these items! Choose two or three that look like they would be useful to you. Best of luck!

- Do practice problems from the book
- Practice/study with a friend or family member
- Read through your class notes
- Ask your teacher for help on anything that you don't understand before school or during advisory
- Have a parent or friend quiz you
- Do missing work
- Look over old homework assignments and correct mistakes
- Look over the quizzes from the chapter and correct mistakes
- Look at the examples in the book
- Focus on the problems/topics that you don't understand
- Do extra credit from the back of the book
- Cover up the details side of your Cornell notes and see what you remember
- Make a practice quiz and complete it
- Study the vocabulary
- Flash cards (This is good for memorizing information)
- Use the Learning Target sheet as a check list to see what you need to study the most
- Go to the online textbook and watch the video lessons
- Do some math games that are related to the topics in the chapter
