• I have been teaching since 1976 and this is my 25th year in the district, all at Coon Rapids Middle School. I teach grades 7 and 8 Language Arts and Reading Strategies. I have a bachelor's degree in English Language Arts from Mayville State College in North Dakota and a Master's degree in Reading from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. I am married with two stepchildren and five grandchildren. I love to read, travel and spend time with family and friends. I belong to a fantasy football league and a book club.
