This is my first year teaching Family Consumer Sciences or FACS in the Anoka Hennepin School District (although I did substitute at Coon Rapids Middle School last year). Prior to teaching at Coon Rapids and Northdale Middle Schools, I taught at Princeton and Monticello High Schools. My educational background consists of a Bachelor's Degree in Family Social Science and a Master of Education in Family Education/Family Consumer Sciences licensure from the University of Minnesota; Twin Cities. Yes, it is true that I am a 'gopher' at heart and you may see me wearing my gopher items from time to time. Some other interests or hobbies that I enjoy are: reading, gardening, cooking, camping, fishing, watching football and spending time with family and friends. This year I am looking forward to working with a younger crowd and sharing what FACS has to offer. Go Falcons and Vikings!
