Hello - This is Sandy Youngmark. I have been teaching at Coon Rapids High School as a Special Education teacher since 1989. I graduated from the University of Minnesota with my teaching degree, K-6. I attended St. Cloud State University to earn my Special Education k-12 license. I completed my Masters Degree from St. Cloud State.
