Welcome to 6th Grade Science!
I am in my 17th year of teaching sixth graders in the Anoka-Hennepin School District. Besides teaching science, I have also taught math, ELA, math key concepts and reading strategies. I earned my degrees at Bemidji State University and Saint Mary's University.
During my free time, I enjoy reading historical narrative non-fiction, camping at MN state parks, and watching volleyball at the U of M. I also have three children to chase after: Drew (10), Max (7) and Harper (4). The boys attend Sand Creek Elementary and the youngest goes to New Creations daycare.
Thank you for supporting your student's education! I am excited to work with your child and watch their growth this year.
