Welcome!

This is my first full year of teaching and my first year in Anoka-Hennepin! This year I will be teaching a combination of Geography and World History both of which I am extrememly excited for. I am orginally from Johnston, Iowa then attended Minnesota State University-Mankato from Fall 2015 until graduation in December of 2018 with a bachelors degree in Social Studies Teaching with an emphasis in history. While at Mankato I both played and coached football for the Mavericks! I also really enjoy traveling because it helps me undersatnd the world we live in and then I can bring some great stories and experiences back to my students. I was fortunate enough to do a portion of my student teaching in Norway, ask me about it!
