Welcome to the 2025 Cross Country Season! Some things to make note of before the first day of practice on August 11th.
- Get your sports physical done ASAP. MSHSL physical This needs to be done every three years

On or after August 1st and once you've turned in your child's physical form, register your child and pay the activity fee.
- Show up for the first day of practice on August 12th at 8:00am! We will meet in the wrestling room in the Field House.
- Bring a pair of running shoes and water!

Here is the form for signing up for team camp. Remember it must be signed and returned to coaches with a check by August 16 (Friday)
