    Our After-School Strength & Performance Programs are designed to help student-athletes train with purpose and consistency in a safe, supportive environment. The program emphasizes proper movement mechanics and progressive strength development to minimize the risk of injury and support long-term athletic health. Through structured workouts and focused coaching, athletes are challenged to push their limits and reach their full potential both physically and mentally. Beyond athletic gains, the program also aims to build self-confidence and self-esteem, helping each participant grow as both a competitor and an individual.     When

    Registration is now open for the Blaine High School/Middle School Summer Strength & Performance Programs. The high school program will run three days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The program will start on June 16th and run until August 1st. (NO STRENGTH SESSIONS ON JUNE 19TH AND JUNE 31ST-JULY 4TH) Info regarding the Middle School Program is below the high school details.  

    There are currently 9 sessions available for high school athletes to register under. Each session is tailored to, but not limited to the groups listed. 

    MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, & FRIDAYS
    DAY 1 : MONDAY, JUNE 16TH
    ALL SESSIONS ARE AN HOUR & A HALF

    SESSION 1 - 6:30AM (MALE 11/12)

    SESSION 2 - 7:00AM (MALE 11/12)

    SESSION 3 - 7:30AM (MALE 10/11)

    SESSION 4 - 8:00AM (MALE 9/10)

    SESSION 5 - 8:30AM (MALE 9/10)

    SESSION 6 - 9:00AM (8th GRADE MALE)
    8TH GRADERS THAT HAVE DONE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF M.S. SUMMER STRENGTH

    SESSION 7 - 9:30AM (FEMALE 8/9/10)
    8TH GRADERS THAT HAVE DONE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF M.S. SUMMER STRENGTH

    SESSION 8 - 10:00AM (FEMALE 9-12)SESSION 9 - 10:30AM (FEMALE 10/11/12)

    We also have a Co-Ed Middle School Strength & Performance Program on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This program will start on Tuesday, June 17th and run until Thursday, July 31st.
