    Our After-School Strength & Performance Programs are designed to help student-athletes train with purpose and consistency in a safe, supportive environment. The program emphasizes proper movement mechanics and progressive strength development to minimize the risk of injury and support long-term athletic health. Through structured workouts and focused coaching, athletes are challenged to push their limits and reach their full potential both physically and mentally. Beyond athletic gains, the program also aims to build self-confidence and self-esteem, helping each participant grow as both a competitor and an individual.     Spring Session:  Typically starts mid/late March and ends in late May 
     
    Information regarding the 2026 Spring Session will come out about a month prior to day one.
