•  Registration for the season is completed online, the specific steps on how to register are linked below.    
      
     
    1.  Please note that your student must have a valid physical (they are good for 3 years) on file in order to register. If you need to turn in a new physical please email it to Molly.Gamble@ahschools.us in the Activities Office.  If you have any questions regarding this process you can call Molly Gamble in the BHS Activities office at (763)506-6706.  If you are in need of a sports physical the following LINK will take you to a website with information about TCO's free sports physicals.  The following LINK will provide information on how to determine when your sports physical is expiring.  The following LINK  is for the Blank Sports Physical Form in case your medical office does not have one. 
     
    2.  Once the season has begun the Blaine Girls' Tennis Team Expectations form will need to be completed by each Player AND a Parent/Guardian for each player.  Also, if for some reason you are not able to register online you will need to complete the Emergency Information form.
