Jefferson Awards - student of the month
Blaine High School has been selected as an official Jefferson Awards Leadership School. We are honored to join this national movement as we strive to strengthen our school’s culture of volunteerism and develop the leadership skills of our students through service.Blaine High School has also earned Ambassador status with the Jefferson Awards Foundation, which is a distinct honor our students have earned for their continued work on leadership, impact, and engagement with both their local and global communities. Bengals in Action students partner with the Jefferson Awards Foundation to provide either a leadership conference or a service project for schools in the Minnesota region.Students are nominated for the Jefferson Award by other students, teachers, neighbors, parents, or community leaders. Nominations are accepted at any time and one student is chosen per month to be recognized with the Jefferson Award. Award winners receive a certificate and a pin, and their pictures will be placed below.
