    Coon Rapids High School Counseling Vision

     

    All students of Coon Rapids High School have access to a proactive and preventative developmental school counseling program. The program provides the opportunity to a build supportive relationship with a qualified professional school counselor to support positive student growth in academic, personal/social and career/post-secondary goals. Students access a multi-disciplinary team which coordinates support, builds relationships, identifies strengths, promotes healthy decision making and addresses challenges to maximize learning. Counselors support students in addressing societal inequities, providing enhanced opportunities for growth and learning.
