Membership is determined on an audition basis and students must be involved in the choral program at Anoka High School.  Members must also be willing to give extra time and effort to ensure the continued success of the organization.

Often, the group will meet during the second half of the year to explore other styles of vocal music such as jazz, madrigals, show tunes, and popular music.  The intent is to give students exposure to other forms of choral literature and provide them with performing opportunities.  The overall design of 7th Avenue Edition is to provide a rewarding supplementary musical experience for those students who are interested in broadening their musical background.
