Welcome to Mr. Hauge's WebsiteI graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1987 as a mechanical engineer and worked product development engineer for 12 years. I enjoy working with people and decided to go "back-to-school" in 1998. I graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2000 with a Master of Arts in Teaching after student teaching at Park Center HS. I have taught physics at Anoka HS since 2000 and chemistry 2008 - 2017. Fall 2018 is the first time I get to teach Astronomy and I'm looking forward to teaching such an exciting topic!I married my wife Amy in 1990. Amy Hauge has been a science teacher at Anoka HS since 1989. My wife and I have two sons (Ben (1998) and Jackson (2001)). We live in Ramsey. We enjoy sports and can frequently be found at the baseball field, golf course or cross country skiing. The two teacher schedule allows us to take off for lots of golf tournaments (Ben) and baseball games (Jack) during the summer. The 5th member of our family is Sadie. Sadie is a 12 year old black lab/irish setter mutt. We love the old girl but she has arthritis, is moving slower and is grayer by the month (sounds like Mr. Hauge:).
Thank you for supporting your student's education! I am excited to work with your child and watch their growth. Together we can help your child achieve success!
