Welcome to Ms. Bodie's Classroom Website!

My name is Leah Bodie and I am the Dance Ensemble I and Dance Ensemble II teacher. I am also an Anoka High School alumni. This is my second year teaching dance at Anoka High School. I graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2017 with a major in exercise science and a minor in public health. My passion and goals were to become a teacher and I am currently attending Bethel University for their masters and licensure program. 

My dance background consists of tap, jazz, ballet, clogging, jump rope, hip-hop, pom, lyrical, and contempory. In high school I was a member of the Anoka Dance Team where I was a captain, all conference, and all-state dancer. I also competed on a USASF All-Star dance program in college where we competed against other teams nationally and world wide. Currently, I am an assistant coach for the Anoka Fall Performance Team.
