Anoka High School Center for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM)

 

 

As the new school year is beginning, I am excited to meet and work with you throughout the year in your ELA class! I grew up in the Anoka Hennepin district, attending Sandberg Middle School and graduating from Anoka High School. I then went to college at Northwestern College (now University of Northwestern) in St. Paul and transferred to University of Wisconsin-River Falls. After graduating in 2012, I was hired in Anoka Hennepin at Anoka High School and Coon Rapids High School. At these schools, I worked with students of all grade levels, 9-12, teaching English. I spent one year teaching at Roosevelt Middle School in Blaine and am now back at Anoka in full force! 

 

I currently teach English 11 and Exploring the Modern Novel. Thank you for supporting your student's education! I am excited to work with your child and watch their growth. Together we can help your child achieve success!
