Anoka High School Center for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM)

Nichole graduated from Westbrook Walnut Grove High School in 1994.She graduated from Bethel College in 1998 abnd continued with her Master’s degree in Education as well as receiving her K-12 Administrative licensure.
Nichole is part of the Physical Education staff, teaching a variety of courses.
She is taking a break from coaching to be with her family. Her past coaching experiences consist of being the head volleyball coach, assistant basketball and track coach. She also spent some time with the after school weight program, managing the equipment room and coached several years with adapted sports program.
Nichole and her family enjoy the outdoors. They love camping, kayaking and spending time working in their garden.
Nichole's favorite part of teaching at Anoka is the relationships she is able to build with her students. Her greatest passion in education is to make positive connections with her students and to hopefully make a strong impact in their young adult lives; teaching them that no matter what circumstance life hands them, they have the will to come out on top.
