Welcome to my classroom website

This is my 10th year in education, 7th as classroom teacher, and 4th at Anoka High School. Originally, I graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a B.A. in Communication and Journalism. After a few years working in media, I decided to return to school to become a teacher. I earned my M.A. in Teaching from Bethel University in 2016. I am thrilled to continue this work with an excellent department, school, and students. Back at home, my wife, a teacher, three girls, and I reside in Plymouth. However, Anoka has quickly become a second home.
