Parents/guardians: back-to-school forms being completed online
(08/05/2019) Parents/guardians, back-to-school forms are being filled out completely online this year. A district email was sent to parents/guardians Aug 5, explaining this further. Similar instructions are available in this step-by-step flyer.
The first step for parents/guardians is to engage with the My Student Information program, which is accessible via A-HConnect.
Unsure what A-HConnect is? A-HConnect is accessible via the lock and key icon at the top right of district and school websites. If you’re unfamiliar with your credentials for this system, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org or 763-506-HELP.
My Student Information will walk parents/guardians right through the back-to-school forms process. It also holds a variety of student information, including attendance as well as progress reports and grades at the middle and high school levels.
